After majoring in art and business in college, Amy pursued a career in Arts Administration and took a break from creating, but felt a calling to pick up the brushes again in 2015. She is inspired by color and light and the subtle and not so subtle changes in them that alter our views completely. She aims to capture that evolving beauty in our natural world: grown food, wildflowers, landscapes, and seascapes from places she loves here on the beautiful North Shore of MA, Maine, and back in the south of England where she grew up.
She has exhibited in the Arundel Festival Gallery Trail, in Emerging Artist shows at Rockport AA&M, in Rockport AA&M National 2020, at Newburyport and Rocky Neck AA and is a Juried Member of the Marblehead Arts Association.
